What is the 2026 Michigan CCA of the Year Award?
This new recognition is intended to honor an outstanding Michigan CCA who demonstrates exceptional performance, leadership, and service to both farmers and our agricultural community. Michigan joins many key agricultural states in recognizing a CCA of the Year.
The award celebrates CCAs who go above and beyond, helping farmers improve productivity while advancing stewardship.
Eligibility:
Nominees must hold a current Michigan CCA certification. Nominations must be submitted by a CCA in good standing.
Currently-serving individual members of the Michigan CCA Board of Directors and the Michigan Agri-Business Association Board of Directors are not eligible.
There is no age or experience requirement for this recognition.
How to Submit Your Nomination:
To nominate a deserving colleague, complete the nomination form and email it to maba@miagbiz.org by Friday, December 5, 2025.
The Michigan CCA of the Year will be recognized at the 2026 MABA Winter Conference and Trade Show, with additional recognition throughout the year. While one outstanding professional will be selected for recognition, the CCA program reserves the right to spotlight additional nominees in 2026.
